At CUPLÉ we want to provide you with the most satisfactory return for you. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order to return any product purchased at CUPLE.COM. Product returns can be made through CUPLE.COM. The Return in Store option is NOT available at the moment. For purchases made in the OUTLET section, returns will only be possible ONLINE. In any case, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, CUPLÉ is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

Return from outside Spain
For returns made abroad, Cuplé will only pay the amount of the products purchased. In this case, the return is at the customer's expense. You must send the item you do not want to the address C/ Albert Einstein nº2 03203 Elche, Alicante and write an email with all the details of the return to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item is received, the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the package.
The return must be requested within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery of the product in the store or in our warehouse. It will be a fundamental requirement that the product is in perfect condition and with the labels on for it to be refunded.
The consumer must be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods caused by handling them other than their nature, characteristics or operation.
The refund will be made in the same method as the original payment. After verifying that the item has been returned and is in perfect condition, we will credit you within a maximum period of 14 days using the same payment method in which the purchase was made (the 14 days are taken into account from receipt of the items at Cuplé's central services and it has been proven that they are in perfect condition to make said refund).
In case of shipping to central, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. This will depend on the weight of the product and the carrier used. At Cuplé, we offer collection by Correos Express and the cost of shipping is estimated at €4.
However, the user may choose the most appropriate agency depending on the case.
Conditions for returns
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, altered, or washed, and must have all tags attached. Products must be returned in a package. Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original shipment. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Defective or erroneus product
If you receive a product in poor condition or the order is in error, you may exchange it within 30 calendar business days from receipt of the product. In the event that you wish to change the product for reasons such as a change in size, color or model without the product presenting any manufacturing defect, you will also have a period of 30 calendar business days to request the change. The shipment of the new product will be made after verifying that the product being returned is unused and in its original packaging.
