Send us an email to club@cuple.com with the order number and your cuplé card number or email with which you are registered.

Club Cuplé is a loyalty program that allows you to accumulate points with all your purchases, both in physical stores and online. In addition, you will enjoy special offers, gifts, invitations to exclusive events and much more.

Our subscription is completely free, but to be a member you must be over 18 years old.

You can find your Cuplé Card number on your account page, or on the online card that you can download. You will receive it in your welcome email.

You will receive 1 point for every €10 purchased. The points are always rounded, that is, if it is a purchase of 47 euros, you will receive 4 points.

Points on web purchases (www.cuple.com) are accumulated automatically, but to accumulate points in physical stores you must send an email to club@cuple.com with the photo of the ticket and the card number or email with the Which one are you registered in the club? We will validate them and within 8 to 10 business days you will have your points. Keep in mind that the purchase must be made in the name of the same person. Please note that if you make a return, your points will be cancelled.

Redeemed prizes are non-refundable.

At no time do points represent money, nor can they be exchanged for a cash value.

Only purchases made after registering for the program are valid.

Purchase voucher prizes are not exchangeable for money, if you return products purchased with a voucher, the value of the voucher will not be reissued, and only the value paid with money will be returned.

Cuplé may delete your points account at any time if it is suspected of misuse.
